Sage CRM Phone System Integrations

Hi,

We're looking at purchasing a phone system that is compliant with Sage CRM. We know that Sage CRM is TAPI compliant, however there is no documentation that we've been able to find of a recommended supported phone system.

We're looking at the 3CX Phone System but would like to know if anyone else has gotten it to successfully integrate with Sage CRM.

Also are there any systems that do integrate easily with Sage CRM? We'd be very interested to know.

    Hi there, willhoward! A friend of mine went for a third party app called Tenfold (www.tenfold.com/integrations) for integration between SageCRM and 3CX. According to him, it's been working out smoothly plus his team's productivity increased a lot from using their features like CTC and Gamification.
