I have the following. New Sage CRM 2018R3 installation with integration.
Sage 300 2018 with update 3. Installed with Web Screens and no Web-Deployment Files or Portal (as suggested by local support).
Client is using Workstation setup on local PC's.
Integration component setup is installed and working.
Have imported customers and that works fine. About 500 together with shipping locations.

Problem is if I do anything in CRM like say just open a customer, change one field and select Save, nothing happens and after a while it comes up with the message "waiting for VMSAGE" in the bottom left corner. VMSAGE is the application server. SQL sits on another server called VMSQL.

It looks like it is not talking back to Sage 300. Have removed and installed twice. Lots of reboots.
Have gone through the manual in detail. Also done all on this link.
