Email with external links go to junk mail

Using CRM 2022R2 and Office365.  Have setup email templates for employees to use when sending emails.  Started having all emails being received as junk or not being received at all.  Emails were being classified as junk by recipient email servers.

After investigating, we found that our email templates were using HTML format so that we could add our logo to the emails.  When we deleted all the external link items like our logo, our emails would NOT be flagged as junk/spam.  If we put the logo back in, emails were classed as junk/spam.  This is an issue as other companies are able to send logos and other external links in their email.  Why can we not do the same in CRM?

Why is this?  Is there a setting in Office365 to allow this?

Anyone find a way around this?

TIA

    Hi Terry

I have not heard that this is specific problem with any versions of Sage CRM.  I think to minimize the risk of your HTML emails with links to images being filtered as spam, I would check the text in your email is the main content and the images don't dominate the email.  Keep the image file size small. Additionally, ensure that the links in your email are legitimate (and are HTTPS) and that you are sending emails from a reputable IP address.

Thanks.  We've started investigating the header information of the email and have found issues with information contained therein.  They have been forwarded to the service provider.  I will update once we have heard back.
