When you are looking at Actual vs Target, where does the information for the Target numbers come from? Can you set your own target, can you change your target?

Yes you can.
Its derived from sales forecasts and the user quota's against 'won' opportunities

Thank you- what about when I look at the gadget in my dashboard. Where does that Target number come from? I'm new to this company so I assume someone else created their own gadgets, but I have 2 different Actual vs Target gadgets. How do I know which one is accurate?
