Sage CRM reply to email with template deletes original email body / thread

Hello,

Wonder if anyone can assist or advise:

When using inbuilt Sage CRM email client to reply to received email email, click reply> select template which is inserted but results in the original email body / thread of history being deleted/replaced by the email template rather than usefully inserting the template above original content as expected when making a reply / conventional action in other popular email clients.

From a system users perspective maintaining the original body content in a reply would appear a fairly standard requirement/expectation,  with around 70% of sales and customer service email conversations leaning towards reply with template and the original content needed to maintain overview of whole conversation for recipient and other team members to be able to review the overall conversation.

Hopefully a fix/resolution is available, help and advise appreciated.
