I can't replicate that in my demo system, the button appears the moment I add the first line to the table beneath.

I have gone back to the person who has reported the issue for testing but admittedly, I saw this on her computer yesterday and there was no sign of it then. We had a call with our Sage/CRM business partner about 2 weeks ago and they mentioned that it was missing too. 

When I went back in after your post, it appeared for me. I'm none the wiser yet but appreciate you replying. 

Doesn't this appear if you're an admin user only?

True, and also the same for the SQL option within Groups
