This morning when trying to create a new company in CRM, I keep getting an error upon pushing Save.
There is nothing more than a red bar that says "Folder could not be created". Why though?
All required fields are filled in and no message is given as to why there is a problem.
I've checked the server and all the CRM and Sage 300 ERP services are running and there are no warnings in my server manager.
And the CRM logs are just unreadable.
I need to know what is happening and what to do to fix it.
