Join the small business celebration

1 minute read time.

If you’re one of the world’s many small and medium businesses contributing $8.3 trillion to the global economy, we’d like to recognize and celebrate the contribution you make every day. More than that, we’d like to thank you for the sacrifices you make for your business—from working well beyond 40 hours a week to skipping vacations. You say it’s worth your success. (Check out our latest small business survey to find out more  U.S. or Canada)

At Sage, we’d like to help reduce the sacrifices you make by providing ideas and advice in addition to software. In fact, we offer these thoughts every day. Why? Because we’re in your corner—your success is our passion.

Join us online November 19 through December 6 for a series of special happenings based around Small Business Saturday that encompass sharing ideas, advice, and experiences, including:

  • Online chats.
    • Time is money: How to use time more efficiently
    • How to give away control
    • How to build an effective team
  • Valuable articles.
    • Ten ways to prepare for Small Business Saturday
    • Increase employee happiness without increasing salaries
    • Fight stress during holidays
  • Making connections.
    • Create a short video about why you do what you do
    • Participate on Twitter with #SageAdvice and #ShopSmall
    • Continue the conversation in Sage City

We’re in your corner for more than just Small Business Saturday and hope you’ll take advantage of some of our upcoming activities to help grow your business! For all the details and to join in, visit us online: U.S. or Canada

  • Not sure where to ask for this but? I have been using simply accounting 2005 for basic accounting and works great for my small business. Last week I installed windows 10 on my laptop and now when I want to do a backup on a usb stick I have a message "unable to delete pre-existing backup files. One or more of these files might have been set to 'read-only' Using the WIndows Explorer uncheck the 'read-only' in the properties setting for these files. Backup aborted" I tried unchecking the backup file read only box but it automatically gets back checked.
