"StephenC"Steve Collins has been providing support to users of Sage 50 Accounting—U.S. Edition (formerly Peachtree) since 1997. Having worked with many different products over the years he spends most of his time with Sage 50 Accounting both because it’s an excellent tool for business owners, and because he enjoys the close interaction and relationships he’s able to develop with clients in this segment of the accounting market. In 2008, Steve started IQ Accounting Solutions LLC., where, as a Sage Solution Provider certified in Sage 50 Accounting, he focuses on helping small businesses get the most out of their accounting software through proper software selection, training, setup, and ongoing support. He also publishes a monthly email newsletter with Sage 50 Accounting and Excel tips. "Best Business Strategies"Shirley Byard is the owner of Best Business Strategies and brings over 20-years’ experience with Sage 50 Accounting—U.S. Edition (formerly known as Peachtree) to the table. A Sage a Diamond Level Master Certified Consultant, Certified Trainer, and Solution Provide, she has performed countless conversions and helped many companies be the best they can be. Originally from Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Shirley is graduate of West Virginia University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She continues her education by regularly attending seminars focusing on the latest software updates and improvements. The only recipient of the Sage Rising Star award in 2008, Shirley was part of the Sage President’s Circle four years in a row and currently a member and major contributor in Sage City. In addition, she currently serves on the Mt. Olivet UMC Finance Committee and Marshall County Health Department as a Board of Director's Member. Past jobs include being an examiner for the National Bank; a partner at The Tax Doctors where she prepared returns for 13 years; CFO of ad agency Mansuetto Barns Culler; and staff accountant for a CPA firm. In addition, she has worked at several other businesses throughout the Ohio Valley specializing in everything from jewelry, and demolition, to rental units, manufacturing, and printing—all of which has given her experience to better serve her customers today.
