"Art Minds"Art began working with Sage Construction and Real Estate (formerly Timberline) in 1986 while employed for a developer-owner-manager of office buildings and commercial properties. Although hired as an asset manager, his background in accounting and computer technology was quickly put to use helping implement the original DOS version of the software. In 1992, he joined a business partner—eventually receiving his Timberline Certified Consultant designation in 1995. For the past 20 years, Art has supported private clients ranging from small developers and subcontractors to large general contractors and a publicly traded REIT implement and use Sage Construction and Real Estate.
