This notice is sent as a benefit of your Sage Business Care plan to let you know that the following products are available:

  • Sage 100 2018
  • Sage 100 2017.3 (Product Update 3)

Note: If you are not the person who installs Sage 100 updates, please forward this email to the appropriate person.

What's new in Sage 100 2018

This release includes enhancements and program fixes for Sage 100 and Sage 100c, including:

  • A redesign of the Job Cost and Payroll modules to improve performance and usability
  • Spell checking in several areas including comments, memos, and messages that print on forms (Sage 100c only)
  • Inactive and restricted statuses for warehouses (Sage 100c only)
  • Improvements to the renamed Mobility for Bar Code module, including a simplified import process and extended support for mobile apps

Important notes:

  • An internet connection is now required to process payroll. Also, the TimeCard module is not currently compatible with the Payroll module; a compatible version of TimeCard will be released in the first half of 2018.
  • If you have the DSD / ScanForce Multi-Bin Management module installed, do not install Sage 100 2018 until you have obtained a compatible version of the product

To install one of these updates, contact your Sage Business Partner or download the update from the Sage Knowledgebase:

  2. If you are prompted to log on, enter your Customer Portal username and password and then click Log on.
