Sage 100 ERP HotFixes for the Week of August 9, 2013

There’s been quite a few HotFixes released since our last update. Here’s the list:

Hot Fixes for Version 2013 Product Update 3:

Accounts Receivable: HotFix AR5003-T

This Hot Fix was released on July 18, 2013 and addresses the following errors:

  • The message "The credit card transaction request to Sage Exchange cannot be processed" occurs after installing Sage 100 ERP 2013 Product Update 3 when attempting to submit a credit card transaction.

  • The message "You have entered an invalid virtual terminal ID and merchant key combination" occurs when creating a Credit Card Payment Type.

These issues only occur when the Sage 100 ERP 2013 Server is running as a Service.

Payroll: HotFix PR5004-T

This Hot Fix was released on August 2, 2013 and addresses the following error:

  • Additional Medicare tax will calculate for an employee with a zero dollar check or for an employee with subject to Medicare wages equal to zero if the preceding employee has Additional Medicare wages.

Hot Fixes for Version 4.5 Product Update 7:

e-Business Manager: HotFix IT4029-T

This Hot Fix was released on July 5, 2013 and addresses the following error:

  • Quantity Break pricing by Product Line calculates incorrectly for eBusiness .Store customers in Shopping Cart.

Payroll: HotFix PR4068-T

This Hot Fix was released on August 2, 2013 and addresses the following error:

  • Additional Medicare tax will calculate for an employee with a zero dollar check or for an employee with subject to Medicare wages equal to zero if the preceding employee has Additional Medicare wages.

HotFix PR4068-T is also valid for Version 4.4For Version 4.3, download PR4067-T.
