Wow that brings back memories.  Back in the old Sage Talk and Best Talk there were a lot of post on how to do it.  Maybe some of the old timers still have of the code.

There is knowledge base article available for this.  II is ID #19387 and is titled: How to create a short-cut or Windows batch file to run a Visual Integrator import job, export job, or other Sage 100 ERP task outside the program.

Thanks!  I created the .bat file as follows:

C:
cd\acct\v2015\mas90\home
start c:\acct\v2015\MAS90\HOME\PVXWIN32.EXE ../launcher/sotapgm.ini ../soa/startup.m4p -ARG DIRECT UION bcs bcspassword ABC ../RO/RO002_RO4SCANFORMTO.M4P DISPLAY

But when I run it I receive the following:

"A task ID or program has not been associated with this menu item"

Not sure how to associate the program with a menu item?

Since this is a custom program from a Sage 100 Development Partner, please contact them so that they can provide you with the appropriate changes to include the program as task for Sage 100.  This is required for validating Sage 100 user access (Role Maintenance ) to the program.
