On modern versions of Sage 100, posting is a feature of the Sage Task Scheduler.

Basically, I need to run (1) VI Import job to Production Entry, (2) the Production Register, and the (3) the Daily Sales Report and Update, in that sequence.  I would like to trigger the sequence on demand from a single event (bat file?) and need to be certain the import is complete before the Updates run.  I don't see how that can be done in TS.  Am I missing something or is there another way to do this?

Auto posting is temperamental, even using the Sage interface.  Once you have that working, don't set the schedule there, but Google schtasks for how to trigger a scheduled task from a command line / batch file.

I am attempting to do pretty much this same process. Were you able to get anywhere with it?
