I can pull a report of the GL detail but this does not allow me to click back through to a record that affected the GL.
We have been using this system for 2 months and I am trying to figure out if this is an option of the system or just something that we still need to set up.
You should always be able to see what's included in the batch, directly from the Transactions tab.
Sometimes the Transaction Zoom button is enabled, but won't if the amount is a summary value.
If you are asking about clicking from GL entries back to module data (IM / SO / PO...), your best bet is to look through Paperless Office (which is hopefully being used). Typically module postings come in pairs: the module journal / register, then the DTR (which is the GL part of the posting).
