UDF on AR Invoice Histrory will not print on invoice Document.

UDF on AR Invoice history Inquire

Having added a UDF to the AR Invoice history Called Enhatch order Id. When trying to print a copy of an invoice from this record the UDF does not print and it has been added to the form.

Any ideas as to what link I am missing?

Depends on a few things. Did you link additional tables to the invoice form, or did you map the UDF to the invoice work file? Also, as Kevin mentioned, you need to map the invoice data entry UDF to the…

Check tab 3 of the work table UDF. The data flow to the work table needs to be configured for both the live tables and history tables.

Good point. Forms with table links to data entry tables will be completely broken for history printing. That's why it's always best to use work table UDF's for adding fields to forms.
