Screen Manager - Error in definition of screen item: PADDRESS 1315

One of my users is getting this error message when trying to do SALES ORDER ENTRY.

It says the Bill To Zip Code is greater than 10 characters. But it is not.

Does anyone know how to fix?

Its weird, cause when i log in to the account from my computer, I do not get the error.

Any advice?

Error 65 means there is something on the panel in an illegal location.

Right click blank space, and reset the panel.

If that doesn't work, open Customer (from the Custom Office module) and either remove or edit the customized panel causing the error.
