I think you have to calculate it yourself. I'd use AP_CheckHistoryHeader.

as it happens, it turns out you can extract the data through "Explorer" and then use pivot tables in excel to do it. Now I need to learn pivot tables!

If you understand crystal reports, this is actually a pretty simple report to create using the table that Helium suggested.
