AR PEP & IM_AliasItem

Have a client that is on an old version Sage 100c Std v2016. The keep their UPCS in IM_AliasItem and whenever the do the AR period end processing this file is completely erased and we have to restore it from a backup. Anyone ever experience this? Thank you.

When you say "completely erased", is the IM_AliasItem.M4T file deleted entirely, or just empty (no rows)?

If it's deleted (in Windows), that's not something Sage 100 programming would do.…

Nope. We are on v2016 Standard and have loads of entries in IM_AliasItem and never lose them. Any third party enhancements?
