We're on Sage 100c Standard 2018 (Version 6.00.2.0).  Is it working on other versions?

After installing the PF6001-T on our server, we're now getting a blank screen on our "Visual Process Flows" windows.  Both the server and the workstation were rebooted after the update.  Any ideas?

Hi Can you try the following:

Close the Launcher on the workstation.

On the workstation

1. Run Internet Explorer.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right.
3. Select “Compatibility View Settings” in the menu.
4. Uncheck the “Display intranet sites in Compatibility View”
5. Close the dialog window.

Restart Launcher

Retry the the VPF.

Thanks John!  That did the trick.

Hotfix 108716 has been updated to include this workaround programmatically. The workaround steps should no longer be needed when installing the updated fix.
