Sage KB 26049 Duplicate Retained Earnings on Balance Sheet Fix Did Not Work

Sage 100 6.20.1 Premium

GL Reports Financial Reports, the balance sheet report is repeating the Retained Earnings Account. The Sage KB 26049 fix is to create a new Balance Sheet report and with Print GL Accounts off. That did not work.

Has anyone had a similar issue? Has anyone had resolution to this issue?
