I was recently asked about an issue with Sage and I am trying to confirm my suspicion. A user is running the Daily Sales Report/Updates in SO and is wondering why they are not being prompted to print the DTR like they usually would. I started digging and noticed that when trying to print the DTR in the SO module directly, it stated that "The file is empty" so I checked the DTR in G/L and I see a lot of inventory transfers and nothing relating to the SO module. In cases like this, would the prompt not come up because there isn't anything there? In the Sage knowledge-base, it states "If accessed from a module other than General Ledger, the Daily Transaction Register prints only transactions associated with that module; therefore, only transactions for that module are available for updating" so I am guessing that this is the case.
