This is caused by a divide by zero situation. This version is about 20 years old and I don't have the details what program that is

Check the Unit of Measure Conversion Factor on all lines in SO Entry/Invoice.  You cannot have a NULL or 0 Unit of Measure Conversion Factor.

Thank you so much for your reply, could you explain how I can do that. This happened during updating sales order modules. So I can’t access the invoices. They are kind of in limbo. And I can’t access invoices because it’s stuck in the middle of the daily sales report update

You would need to go into the Library Master and use the Data File Display and Maintenance Utility. Where are you located?

I went Library Master and use the Data File Display and Maintenance Utility and deleted the invoice that was causing the issue. This allowed me to access invoicing again and it allowed me to update sales order module. Thanks for your help!

Did you delete both the header and detail?
