Make sure your payroll tax updates are up to date, and there is a new Tax Rule especially for this.  Scroll down to the last page of the list of Tax Rules - there are a bunch named nearly the same and the Alabama one is right before them.

If you have employees in AL AND another state, you will need to setup a new Overtime code JUST for the AL employees and use the new Tax Rule just for that one.
