WO reports not opening

Hi,

Our accounting manager suddenly can't open the On Demand Cost Ledger report or the On Demand Variance from Std Report. There's no error message--an icon for the new window appears briefly in the task bar, and then disappears almost immediately. Other users can access these reports without an issues. The account manager has full and active permissions.

Thanks for any suggestions on how to fix this.

Hi,

Yes, same issue. We also get the problem when logging on with this user's account to a remote computer that has MAS on it.

Hi everyone,

We still don't know what caused this; Sage support thought the user profile had been corrupted. We ended up just deleting this user's account and creating a new one with identical permissions. Works fine now. Just wanted to post an update in case anyone else is dealing with this issue.
