You can always change the operand to Contains. Have you tried that?

That won't work - I would get segment 200 or 112 and I only want it where the middle digit is 2.  I really need to do wildcards.  

Have you considered a comma separated list?  If you know all the possible values that might work.

I hadn't thought of that, but it would be a long list for example 121,122,123,124,125,126,127,128,129,221,222,223,224,225,226,227,228,229, etc...
