Crystal Report that shows how old a credit balance is on customer account

Can someone please explain which table and corresponding date field, etc...that I would need to create in order to produce a report that shows all customers who have a CREDIT BALANCE that is FIVE (5) YEARS old or older? Please advise as soon as possible - this is a pretty hot topic for me at the moment. LOL. Thanks!

The AR_Openinvoice file contains all the information you will need. You might need to add in the AR_Customer to get certain address info.

Thanks, BigLouie. On which field(s) do use the Select Record Expert to determine how old the credit balance is? That is where my confusion lies. Thanks!

Two fields to look at Balance and Posting Date which is the Last Payment Posting Date. Now if there has never been any payments toward the invoice look at the invoice date.

You could possibly use the AR_Customer table for everything. Check the customer's balance to see if it is less than 0. You also have a last payment date that you could use to select records where the last payment date was more than 5 years ago.
