Date Range Income Statement

Question

I need to run an Income Statement for an odd time period for an insurance audit (Mid -Month to Mid- month) for a 6 month time period. Is this possible?

In the Sage 100 Financial reports Income statement you can only run by periods. In the Sage Intelligence Reporting you are able to do this however, you may need to purchase the Designer add on. Your partner may be able to assist you with the Sage Intelligence if you decide to go that route.

Thanks, I was afraid that this would be the case. Disappointing since this is a frequent requested FS that our company needs and our old software (Sage BusinessWorks) could easily print these date driven FS

Do you need the entire income statement? The General Ledger Detail report can be printed by a date range that you might be able to create by exporting out to excel?

You could set up another Company, copy the data over, go into fiscal year maintenance and change the periods to what you need and run the income statement.
