New Forms

SOLVED

I did create a new form in sage 100, but how can I make it appear in the report setting list.

I am using Sage 100 2013 V 5.008.00,  ( We will upgrade soon the 2016)

    Thank you for you reply, is the sales order module. I just click in the designer bottom and modified the original form but I give it another name, so the original stay the same. the new one is save in there but it does not show in the reporting list. how can I place this file in there. so I can change the form any time I wanted to use it.
