Modify the report.

Thank you, 49153.  I didn't know you could modify a register report for only one user or role.  Is it complicated to do?

Easy stuff, it's a crystal report.

It's easy (with a risk that a product update / upgrade will wipe out your changes), but do you really want to edit a Register to suppress information?  This is a valuable record of what was posted.  If you don't want a user to see the information, have someone else post their batches.
