DacEasy -> Sage 100 Data Migration

Posted By FormerMember

Hi All,

Our manufacturing company has made the decision to go ahead and move from DacEasy 2015.1 to Sage 100 ERP.  We have accumulated nearly 30 years of DacEasy transaction data and account history and do not wish to throw all that away in the transition.  Does anyone here at Sage, or any Sage user lurking here, know of a data migration company or an independent Sage consultant that can help us convert our DacEasy data files to the Sage 100 schema?

Thanks,

Bryan Rambo

I recommend transferring just the master info and open balances. Transferring detail can be problematic since you have a short window to make ( and review/check )  detail. Keep DacEasy around for lookup.

Sage 100cloud Visual Integrator is the tool you can use to import master info as well as opening balances ( AP, AR, GL ).
