I guess I left out the most important part of the post - the instructions are not the same for all customers.

I am guessing you want to print this with the sales order for internal use. Is that correct.

Report footer only works for printing one at a time (not printing in a batch).

Kevin, I suspect this is an internal thing where the sales order is printed and along with the shipping instructions and they all find their way to the shipping department. I suspect the poster is a reseller.

Agreed... my thought on linking to terms posted online is not a good fit for internal instructions. 

For that we most commonly use UDF's (on the customer / order, inserted into an existing report section) or line comments, which is a lot easier than restructuring forms to print an extra page.
