Automatic Sales Order Entry

What are the best options for getting automatic entries for new Sales Orders? Looking to integrate orders placed through online sales and have them directly entered into Sage. Currently on 2020, but looking to update.

There are full featured integrations like CIM Cloud (Website Pipeline), or an integration service that acts as a bridge between external connections and Sage 100 like ROI / InSynch, and you might be able to export CSV from your website to import that into Sage 100 using Visual Integrator.

There are quite a few threads here on website integration options... of varying complexity and cost.

I personally use ROI/InSynch for our Magento website integration with Sage 2022 and its amazing! It auto creates sales orders and sends tracking info back to Magento once the orders ship. It also sync inventory close to real time (syncs every 5 minutes) Highly recommend them as a candidate if you are still researching this.

We have created a script in BOI to automate importing orders into Sage 100. It runs every 10 minutes and downloads/imports any new orders placed on the website.
