Standard Cost items zero qty on hand, showing Value on Valuation report

We have a client using Standard Cost for all their items. When they run the Inventory Valuation report some of these items have zero quantity on hand but will show an Inventory Value. We have checked the IM_Itemwarehouse file and the value shows zero in there. How do we correct these?

Is the QoH truly zero (or have a small decimal quantity hidden by Sage)?

Check IM_ItemCost anyways... there could be old data left behind after a valuation change.

Run the *UTL rebalancing utility to check for weirdness.

I checked the IM_Itemwarehouse file and it was all zeros. I didn't check IM_ItemCost because they told me these items have always been Standard valuation, never anything else. I did run the *utl, but it said no changes.... They have quite a few like this.
