It looks like you have zero quantity inventory, with value, which is not normal.  Our normal fix for this:

• Adjust +1, at zero cost.
  • If this is a lot / serial item, always do each one on it's own line.
• Post.
• Adjust -1, at the total unit cost of the lot / serial / warehouse value.
  • Again, do not combine multiple lot / serial #'s in one adjustment line.
• Post.
• Verify the Valuation report now shows Zero QoH worth $0.
