Does IP Type Code show up in transaction tab for all items during inventory count or does it only show up in the transaction tab if a count was made towards the item?

As far as I know, IP Tran Type ONLY appears when there was a count/change done for an item. Because if nothing is entered in the Quantity Counted field, there's no "line" to post that would show up in the transaction tab.

An IP happens with a variance. If the beginning QoH was non-zero, and you didn't enter a count (i.e. counted as zero) there should be a negative IP transaction to remove that inventory.
