My company has a policy where if the revision of an individual part or subassembly changes (like a cable changing from Revision B to C), the top-level assembly revision must also change (like 000 to 001).

Since many top-level assemblies may use the same cable part, we've been having to manually change each top-level BOM revision through a Where-used inquiry after replacing the part.

I would like to know if there is a way to update all BOMs that require the new part revision to their next revision also (so like 10 different BOMs all going from 000 to 001, or 003 to 004, etc.)
