MRP Generation runs forever, no error messages

I am trying to run an MRP generation to generate a report. I am doing so in the legacy MRP for Sage 100 ERP version 2018. This will be the first time that the generation would be run for this particular company. The files for this company are not gigantic, but the MRP generation was not complete after generating for more than 36 hours. No errors appeared, but no error messages came up either.

I am wondering what diagnostic steps could be run to identify the problem. Hopefully the diagnostics would also identify potential solutions as well.

I recommend rebuild/analyze & relink all files for PO, SO, BM, WO and Rebuild Sort files for those modules as well.

Also, run MRP with just PO selected. Does MRP generation complete? If yes, the issue is not related to PO. Run each module individually to see if generation completes. This will help to isolate the problem module.

You may need to create a support ticket for further troubleshooting.

Thanks very much. I had already rebuilt all of the files you had suggested but this did not resolve the issue. I will try the checkboxes and report back.
