BOM Maintenance - Copy From (Not all components are being copied)

When creating a new BOM and utilizing the "Copy From" button, not all of the components are being copied.

This is NOT a consistent problem, as sometimes everything copies perfectly.

Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? We are using Sage 100 Advanced ERP 2013 (Version 5).

I am having the identical problem utilizing the "Copy From" button. Is there a program fix in the works yet?

Did you get the pop-up message "One or more lines were not copied. For more information, see Copy From Bill in the Help system." when some lines are not copied?
