Make sure there is no Receipt of Goods, Receipt of Invoice or Return of Goods in process and then re-initialize the data entry files. Also Purchase Orders are purged when the quantity order = quantity invoiced AND the amount order = amount invoiced. If either do not match the purchase order will not close and purge.
