Hi,
You will need to check with your partner or salesperson to purchase Report Designer unless you've received it as part of your maintenance plan for 100c. If you do not have it as part of your maintenance plan then your partner will place the order with Sage, you (or your partner) will receive an email with the activation code. The actual report will be listed in your Financials folder within Report Manager if you are using 100 2015 version and above. I hope this helps to answer your question. If not, please let me know.

Thank you for your response. I should have clarified I am looking for the Report Designer Add-In for Excel. I know we are licensed for it because my user had it but we recently upgraded her computer and now it is not available on Excel 2016.

The Report Designer 'Add-In', as of 100 version 2015, became simply Report Designer and did not require a separate download for the Add-In. So it depends on what version of Sage 100 you are using. If you are using a version prior to 2015 then you can find the Add-In on the Sage Support site (support.na.sage.com) for that version, searching on Sage Intelligence. If you are saying that you upgraded 100 to 2016 and you've already purchased the Report Designer you just need the activation code to activate the Report Designer. You can contact the Sales Advisor team [email protected] or a support analyst.

I found the add-in locally here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BIExcelFunctions\32bit
