What exactly are you looking for the report to show you?

To show list of items and different price level prices for each one?

Example

ITEM CODE, Unit Price, Price level 1 price, price level 2 price, price level 3 price, etc.......

There won't be something like that by default, because of breakpoints.  Query IM_PriceCode to see the underlying data for price levels.

Do you use Qty Break Pricing in Item Pricing Maintenance?

i.e  1 - 100

      100 - 99,999,999

Or just 1 - 99,999,999
