Not getting any data

SOLVED

Hello, I am new to Sage and the usage of ODBC. I am able to run through the step in Excel (Get Data -> From Other Source -> Microsoft Query -> Pick my database -> I choose "GL_TrialBalanceWrk" -> select all with no filters) everything runs smoothly and then all the column headers and NO DATA. I am trying to get Trail Balances and in my company I know that our Sage 100 System has multiple libraries for all the entities we hold. I am not understanding why I am not getting any data. Is there something I have to specifically do like choose a certain library? If so how do I do that? Please help me out, having to go into Sage and create a Trial Balance report every time someone changes something is extremely annoying and would love to have this automated. Thank you! Below you can see a picture of the Microsoft Query with no Data.

Work tables (anything ending in Work or Wrk) are empty until you run a report from the Report Menu. You will need to use the actual table(s) in your query to get data. You would want the GL_Account table because the AccountKey is in the other tables. Depending on the type of query you are running, you might use the GL_DetailPosting table.
