Running on laptop - Sage 100 ERP Intelligence Reporting is installed on the laptop, not on a server. MS Office 2013 also installed on laptop.

Are you running this on a server or a work station?

Can you test it on another computer?

I've had Task Scheduler issues with a client and found this Freeware Task Scheduler that I loaded onto their system and running it not have the issue anymore.

I'm seeing "Sage 100 ERP Intelligence Reporting cannot create the report. Microsoft Excel is not currently installed. Install MS Excel." on a Sage 100 Standard 2021 system (PU 2) with Excel 2016 (32-bit).

The Sage KnowledgeBase has a document (Solution ID:  223924950046647) with a reference saying: "Excel version 2016 requires a patch.  See knowledgebase article 71541", but of course a search for 71541 comes up empty.
