Report Designer

I'm new to Sage 100 and I'm just trying to get an Income Statement and Balance Sheet into Excel. I'm using the free license to Sage Intelligence. I thought I could use Sage Intelligence but when I try to run the Financial Report designer, it tells me that the Report Designer Component is required by this report and is not installed on this workstation.

Is the Report Designer something separate that I need to purchase? Is there any good way to get financial statements into excel without purchasing extra add-ins?

    If you have 100c you should have the report designer module. If you search the knowledge base for 'Environmental Requirements' you'll find a great document that includes requirements and prerequisites. Chances are your just missing a prerequisite.

    You partner should be able to assist you. Plus there's lots of You Tube videos on Sage Intelligence.
