Learn how to grant or restrict access to reports in the Sage Intelligence Report Viewer

There is a setting on the Properties tab of every report that either allows the report to be on the viewer or not.  By the way we have many classes you can find on Sage U to learn about Sage Intelligence Reporting.  This feature is just one item covered

does a user have to have a license to be to view a report?

Not if you distribute the file....if the user should be able to run their report at their convenience, they would need to have a Report Viewer license.  Our Beginner course is in recorded Anytime Learning format
