Sage Intelligence report loses formatting when distributed

SOLVED

After switching machines, my Sage Intelligence reports are not sending properly. I had been sending the reports to users utilizing the File - Share option in Excel on my old laptop. After switching, when I send through the File - Share option, all users get fields with #NAME or #VALUE in the cells. I changed the way I send the report to utilize the report distribution feature in SIR to send static values. This seems to work until I do any formatting to the report first. I generally add a filter, hide a column & delete 1 line before I send the report. Once I do these functions on the report & send through the report distribution, the values show correctly, but the report formatting is out of whack.

Since this worked on my old laptop, I assume it must be something within Excel, but I can't determine what would cause the problem. My Excel license is through O365 Pro, but I am using the desktop version of Excel. Any ideas?

It maybe related to the new Excel.

Try saving the template with the new Excel.

Make a copy of the report in the Report Master

Highlight the report and click on Design button.

Save the file to your Desktop as a Template.

    Close the template.

    Open it up again.

Then like the template to the copied report using the Save Template button and try it.
