Why use that screen when only printing one?  Click the quick-print button (from the invoice entry / invoice history inquiry screen) and it will be pre-filtered to that one invoice.

(I've seen that before for Picking Sheet Printing, because how the Select / Clear buttons work is not necessarily intuitive to new users... but not for invoices).
