Not sure if you are on the same version or have a similar setup, but you might try:

And then Change MetaData Repository. Of course you don't really need to change it, you can cancel out of the process.

Excercise caution, of course. Back everything up, etc.

If you open Report Manager and then select a report from one of the folders, there is a field - Template Storage Location which will tell you where the templates are located.
