You can find this out by trying to add a UDF to the works table. The list of tables it gives you the option to select as a source makes up the tables used

Thank you.  I was able to determine that the AP Vendor Master is the parent table of the AP Trial Balance report.

I have been asked to add the Transaction Date as selection criteria for this report.  I know this field is at the detail level, but the AP Vendor Master is not.  How could I accomplish this task?  My manager wants to filter the AP Trial Balance by the transaction date to find transactions posted after the Trail Balance As Of date.

Not possible because transactions posted after the trial balance date will not be in the data set.  You should look at the aging report for that data.

AP Trial balance is based on the GL / Posting date.

AP Aging report is based on the Invoice / Due date.
